Quantum Lava Pendant don’t break easily while being worn unless it is dropped. If an accidents occurs, you may request for a Replacement Pendant for $70 plus shipping cost of $8.00. For returns or exchanges:

Please allow 2 to 3 weeks from the time we receive the return, for our warehouse to inspect and process the return. We do understand this may be an inconvenience and we apologize for the delay. With the many CopyCats of our Products Online, we take the steps to inspect every Return & Exchange for Authenticity.

You will receive a full refund for the price of the item and applicable sales tax to the original form of payment for product(s) that are unopened and returned within 10 days of purchase.
